|  | Wear light coloured, loose-fitting, fabrics such as cotton & linen. | 
          
            |  | Wear a loose-fitting,
        coloured-hat or scarf. | 
          
            |  | To prevent sun-burn or tanning wear sunscreen (SPF 15 or more) everyday. | 
          
            |  | Wear  sunglasses, if possible choose the ones which block 92-97% of visible light. | 
          
            |  | Increase intake of fluids like water and juices. | 
          
            |  | Stay in air-conditioned rooms & vehicles when
        possible. | 
          
            |  | Relieve discomfort of mild sunburns and heat rashes by cold water bath or by applying cool compresses. | 
          
            |  | Heat exhaustion or Heat stroke result from elevation of core body temperature
        (Hyperthemia). Dizziness, nausea, rapid pulse & headache are common symptoms. Take the victim to some cool spot where they can rest & give them plenty of liquids. In extreme cases take medical  help immediately. | 
          
            |  | Avoid wearing tight fitting
              dark-coloured clothing. | 
          
            |  | Try not spend too much time outdoors between 11 a.m.
              to 3 p.m. when the sun is strongest. | 
          
            |  | Dont intake too much of alcohol. | 
          
            |  | Dont take medication without consulting the doctor in serious cases. |
