Established in 1991, Dr. B. Lal's Clinical Laboratory has attained an exemplary reputation for its services in the field of clinical investigations. The laboratory is run by Dr. B. Lal Gupta, Managing Director and Consultant, who is a Microbiologist and Immunologist having an invaluable experience of working at AIIMS, New Delhi.

It has the credit of being the first and the only centre in Rajasthan where wide range of immunological investigations are carried. The centre enjoys the status of being pioneer in establishing ELISA facilities in 1991. Professionalism and reliability have been the hallmarks of the laboratory.

It has been the constant endeavour to provide the medical fraternity and the patients, the latest facilities for clinical investigations. During last ten years, the centre has expanded the facilities for rare investigations in the field of infectious diseases, endocrinology, oncology, gastroentrology etc. Modern Electrophoresis technique is being used as an aid in diagnosis for diseases like cancer, thalassaemia etc.
