Jea Band
 

The history of Jea band can be traced right back to 1936 when it was started by Lt. Shri Jea Lal Thadani in Hydrabad. After the partition of India, our band shifted to Jaipur & since then we are playing melodious tunes for different festivals & occasions in the Pink City.

In 1972, we got the honour to participate in Republic Day Parade. Besides, we also participated in films like "Jeene Nahin Doonga", "Maidane Jung" and lots more !

Every year we participate in 'Ganesh Chaturthi' & 'Janmashtami processions', 'Gangaur & Teej Jhankis', 'Ram Navmi procession', 'Hanuman Jayanti' & 'Mahaveer Jayanti' celebrations and many other festivities.

We are also an important part of "Jaipur Samaroh" organised every year from 18th Oct. to 18th Nov.

In the Pepsi Cup one day international match India V/S West Indies, held in 1994 in S.M.S. Stadium Jaipur, we got the special honour to entertain the audience & grace the Prize Distribution Ceremony.
