About the School
:
The play way method of imparting education is the most natural, interesting and constructive approach at the primary stage of a child’s growth. It provides rich opportunities for personality development of the child. Sensing the need for such an environment conducive to early childhood education, Shri S. S. Jain Subodh Shiksha Samiti Jaipur, had started a pre-primary wing in 1995.
The ‘Subodh Play School’ adopts an integrated method of teaching which is a happy amalgamation of the active learning method, Montessori method as well as the traditional learning method.
It has always catered to the needs of children from all communities and classes of society though it is primarily meant for the children of the Sthankwasi Jain Samaj. The child’s future is based on what all principles he follows and later on practices during his life time. Our’s being a Jain institution, we believe in imparting sound moral values based on the principles of Jainism like non-violence, truth, non-stealing, respect for elders, courtesy, humility and renouncement.

Atmosphere

Both the classroom and playground environment is interesting, secure and stimulating for a healthy, physical, emotional, social and mental development of the child.

Curriculum
:
The play and activity-oriented curriculum is designed to reduce the burden of formal learning of writing alphabet and numbers from the child who is not yet ready for it. The young child is thus occupied in a joyful curriculum. The activities of the children would be integrated with art, music & dance.

Admission
:
(1)There are three levels of classes in the school

(2) Admission to L.K.G. shall be granted to the child who is :
| (i) |
2½ +years of age or more at the time of Admission. |
| (ii) |
able to communicate effectively with adults and |
| (iii) |
found fit for admission during the parent and child interview. |
| (iv) |
The admission will be strictly on the basis of merit. The management has absolute freedom in the choice of candidates for admission in the interest of the institution. It is compulsory to attach.

(3) Students who pass Prep Examination with atleast 70% marks from the Play School will be given preference in admission, in Subodh Public School, Jaipur.

The general environment of our school is child friendly and syllabus theme oriented. Number of cultural activities are organized each year like-
Sports Day, Annual Day, Quiz & Drawing Competition, Fancy Dress Competition, Children’s Day, Festival Celebration, Prize Distribution Ceremony, etc.

Withdrawal
:
A calender month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student. Such notice should be given in writing. If the parent wishes to withdraw the child in the middle of a session FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. No transfer certificate will be issued until dues are paid.
