Mission Statement :
The Vidyalaya designs its programs to provide an enriching learning experience with ample room for imagination and creativity in order to sensitize its young learners and prepare them for life. Creation of community awareness that makes each student realize that he is part of an environment which enriches him and he in turn enriches it through a planned inter-play. 
The endeavour is to impart modern education that is a synthesis of the ancient wisdom and culture of our country with the contemporary scientific and technological advancement along the 'Guru-Shishya' line.

We follow a Child Centered Approach to Learning 
We make a concerted effort to provide a warm and loving environment where children are encouraged and praised often. All learning experience are introduced carefully at an age-appropriate level. To ensure the total development of the children, there is a particular emphasis on experimental learning.

The Campus :
Our School is set on a seven acre land in the heart of Jaipur and is proud of its lush lawns, assorted plants and flowers which bring students closer to nature.

Curriculum :
The curriculum is coordinated to provide a smooth progression from year to year and into the senior school. A conscious effort is towards the development of a whole personality and emphasis is laid on Creative work.

Examination and promotion :
The importance of qualifications as a passport to higher education and to other courses and careers cannot be ignored. Our pupils are encouraged to see examinations in perspective and to take them in their stride.
The School follows the semester system. There are two semester examinations in a year. Promotion to the next higher class is on the basis of performance in each of them. However, there is no examinations for classes I to V. Continuous Internal Assessment in the form of Grades of Class work is taken extremely seriously. Project work forms an essential part of studies in order to develop creativity and spirit of enquiry in each Pupil.
 

Extra-Curricular Activities :
Drama, art, music and technology are emphasized in formal and informal ways of learning.
We seeks to harness the abundant resources of compassion and helpfulness in children by providing opportunities for practical services both within the school and in the community at large. The encouragement of initiative and a sense of adventure: by organizing activities like excursions, field trips, camps, awareness programs workshops and house system.

Other Details :
Library :
The well-stocked library is a centre of research as well as the study base for the students' projects and other school activities. The students have free access to all. 
The reading material ranging from a variety of Encyclopaedias, general information including current magazines to specific subjects and a generous collection of fiction. There is a constant effort to guide and help the students in their selection of reading material and promote good reading habits by introducing them to new book arrivals and magazines.

The learning centre :
The learning centre is to help students with academic learning gaps. They receive individualized attention and are taught through games, some of which have been devised in the learning centre itself. 

Counseling :
Counseling and Career Guidance Service is an attempt to help an individual to cope with the demands of self, parents, school and community and strike a harmonious balance in life.

Computers :
Computers are part of their curriculum from Class II onwards. In class XI and XII it becomes an elective subject and the CBSE syllabus is followed. Our students have ready access to Pentium machines with colour monitors, multimedia and internet facilities. 

Laboratories :
Laboratories are big, modern and well equipped. 

Health Services :
Health Services include First Aid facilities and the Annual Medical Check-up of the students and the staff. The spacious Halls in school are used for various activities and indoor games.

Sports Complex :
The sports complex is on a large expanse of land opposite the school campus. The sports facilities include a games hall with table-tennis table, two tennis courts, two basket ball courts, a volley-ball court, a throw ball court, a cricket pitch, two practice nets and hockey and football grounds. Horse riding and swimming are under consideration for inclusion in the sporting activities. 
A gymnasium is under way. Coaching by experts of national level is made available in the morning and evening hours. Interschool and interhouse tournaments are held regularly.
 

Student resourse centre :
Student resourse centre is the place where a child explores his world, satisfies his curiosity by experimenting with creating original and effective learning and teaching aids in the process. MSMSV wishes to give students a head start in life. 

Teacher Resource Center (TRC) is the nerve centre for all critical thinking and planning. In the TRC teacher preparation is enhanced through sharing classroom experiences, preparing teaching aids, developing an integrated approach through regular interaction in the specified periods for the qualitative improvement in school education.
There is a wide collection of books and educational magazines in the TRC for reference. TRC is open to the teachers of other schools as well. We organize regular workshops and training programs to upgrade and update teachers to the latest methods and concepts in education.

School Timings :
School Timings remain the same throughout the year.
Monday through Saturday 8.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
First and second Saturday are holidays for students.
Second Saturday is holiday for staff.
