Background
:
The School MERRY LANDS, was established in the year 1968, located at Sri Bunglow, Church Road, Jaipur. In the year 1970, the Establishment was shifted to the new premises Gurudwara Building, Bhagwan Das Road, Jaipur.

Aims & Objectives
:
Intellectual :
by giving each boy individual attention and guidance as far as the circumstances permit during a course of studies adopted to his mental development and arranged so as to be a solid preparation for higher studies.
Social :
by inculcating the spirit of team work and co-operation along with healthy competition and promoting a spirit of service and loyalty in the boys. All due respects to their Parents and elders and to wish them with our “Hindu Sanskriti”—by inculcating a love of truth and honour.
Physical :
by urging participation in games, drill and all sports.
Studies :
The studies are intended to give the students a general education in accordance with the aim and object of the School. In the process they are prepared for various school examinations. Audiovisual education is a regular part of the curriculum.
Report Cards of the boys progress are sent to the parents regularly. Parents are encouraged to follow the daily progress of their sons or wards by referring to the school diary in which their daily work is noted.
All boys must be present, clean and neatly dressed, five minutes before the time set for beginning classes. The School uniform is compulsory.

Admission
& Withdrawals :
An application for admission must be made on the prescribed form which has been attached to this Prospectus. It should be sent duly filled in, within a few days, including the DATE OF BIRTH. The academic year starts in march. No boy will be admitted into a particular class unless he/she passes a test which proves that he/she is fit for that class. A boy will be admitted to a class only if there will be any vacancy in that class and if his age does not exceed the maximum age for the class.
A month’s notice is normally required before withdrawal, except in the case of sudden transfer of the parents. The School authorities also reserve the right to compel the parents to withdraw their children if their progress in studies is unsatisfactory or their attendance is irregular or their conduct is harmful to the other boys or their fees are not paid in advance. Honesty, cleanliness of person and dress, good manners and loyalty are demanded of each boy. |
