Fashion Designing :
Duration: One year, Six months and Short Term
Eligibility: Basic Knowledge of Drawing, Designing & Ideas.

Textile Designing :
Duration: One year, Six months and Short Term.
Eligibility: Basic Knowledge of Drawing, Designing & Ideas are required.

Jewellery/Interior Designing :
Duration: One year, Six months and Short Term.
Eligibility: Basic Knowledge of Drawing, Designing & Imagination are required.

Co-Curricular Activities :
The college pays special attention towards personality development of the students. For this a number of co-curricular activities, especially academic are organised. Teaching is a two-way traffic. Hence, maximum participation of students is ensured. Debates, Extempore Debate, Group Discussion, Double opinion, Case analysis, Essay writing, General & Business Quizzes and special lectures are regular features. Besides facilities are available for indoor and outdoor games and sports.
 
Hostel Facilities:
There are separate Hostel facilities for boys and girls and the students' committee on cooperative basis manages it. Hostel is provided on the first come first serve basis and is operated on no profit no loss maxim.
 

Placement Cell :
The college has a Placement Cell for maintaining liasion with various organisations. This cell arranges for personal interviews for the students in the Campus by various organisations that want to recruit our students.
Besides, this cell arranges on the Job training and Summer Training/Placement. This cell is run by a faculty member who is assisted by Advisory Board. This cell makes special efforts for the placement of the management as well as computer science students.
 
Infrastructure :
The Deepshikha College of Technical Education has its own spacious building, having well equipped classrooms, Seminar Hall, Syndicate Rooms and other facilities which are essential for a standard institute of management.
 

Audio-Visual-aids : 
The College has various audio-visual aids, like TV-VCRs, Over Head Projectors & Slider Projector. These teaching aids are extensively used.
 
Library :
The College has a good library, stocked with books on various subjects. A number of newspapers, specialized newspapers, journals & magazines are also regularly subscribed.
 

Industrial Visits/Tours :
The students along with a faculty member visit various types of industrial units and discuss various types of problems with the managers of those units. Additionally, an industrial tour of around ten days duration is organised for visiting different types of industrial units in other big cities of India.
